The Tree of Life was the central part of Celtic spirituality. It symbolizes harmony and balance, the power to heal and blessings of prosperity. For the Celtics (and all ancient cultures around the world) the essence of the Tree of Life is the idea that all life on Earth is interconnected. It is a bridge connecting man to the Gods. The name Druid (Celtic priests) is derivative from the Celtic words ‘oak’ and ‘seeing’.

This Tree of Life is glazed a beautiful emerald green to represent the ‘Emerald Isle’. It is encircled with an endless Celtic knot pattern representing how life and eternity are interconnected.
Because each Talisman is created by hand, one at a time, there is a slight size variation among them. They range from 10 to 12 ounces ( 284 to 340 gm) and are approximately 3.5 to 4 inches (8.9 to 10.2 cm) across.
